Postage

I post using prepaid or click and send satchels.

 I use recycled (and recyclable) or reclaimed materials for packing wherever possible to avoid adding to landfill.

Due to the way I've had to set up postage costs on the site, if you pay more for postage than you should, I will manually refund the difference.

Current prices are:

500g satchel $8.00 (up to 3 soaps or one soap and one body scrub for eg)

3kg satchel $13.00 (up to 20 soaps or 10 soaps, one body scrub and a milk bath for eg)

5kg satchel $16.00 (lots and lots of products!)

These options do provide tracking, however signature on delivery is an extra $2.95 and extra cover in case of loss or damage is an extra $1.50.

In five years I have only had one parcel go missing forever, and to my knowledge nothing has ever arrived damaged. However I can't be held responsible for your parcel once it leaves my hands so I recommend you get extra cover.
